By submitting a listing, you agree that all information provided is accurate, honest, and represents the horse, embryo, or recipient mare truthfully. Only sporthorse breeds and disciplines are eligible for publication. Listings are reviewed by our admin team, and we reserve the right to decline or remove listings that contain incorrect information, low-quality media, inappropriate content, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All approved listings remain active for 30 days unless extended or upgraded. Listing fees are non-refundable once the review process has started. By using the platform, you agree to our quality standards and verification process designed to protect buyers, sellers, and the credibility of the marketplace.

Upload Requirements & Media Guidelines

To maintain a professional and trustworthy marketplace, all uploaded content must meet minimum quality standards. Photos must be clear, well-lit, and show the horse in a natural and correct stance without distracting backgrounds. Videos must be stable, filmed in good lighting, and clearly demonstrate movement appropriate for the horse’s age and discipline (free movement, free jump, under saddle, or handling depending on age).

Media with poor quality, watermarks, heavy filters, memes, or unclear representation will not be approved.


Accepted Content

  • Horses in clean presentation (braided or tidy)
  • Proper conformation photos (side, front, hind)
  • Clear movement or free-jumping videos
  • Pedigree and medical / veterinary information if available

Not Accepted

  • Blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution media
  • Photos of dirty or poorly presented horses
  • Non-sporthorse breeds (except recipient mares)

Stallion Finders.Exchange provides an online platform for listing and showcasing elite sporthorses. We do not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction. All services are limited to advertising and promotional purposes.


2. User Responsibility

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in their listings.
  • Buyers are solely responsible for verifying all details, conditions, and credentials of any horse before engaging in any transaction.
  • All negotiations, agreements, and payments are conducted directly between buyers and sellers without involvement from the platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform does not guarantee the existence, quality, or condition of any horse listed.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from any transaction between users.
  • Users agree to hold Stallion Finders.Exchange harmless from any claims, costs, or damages.

4. Listing Fees

  • Sellers pay a one-time fee per listing for premium exposure.
  • The platform does not guarantee sales or buyer engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and images on the platform are property of Stallion Finders.Exchange or their respective owners.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without permission.

6. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered.


8. Acknowledgment

By using Stallion Finders.Exchange, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and disclaimers, accepting full responsibility for all interactions, transactions, and agreements with other users.
